We had reported earlier that Dhanush will be teaming up with Velraj after the success of Velai Illa Pattathari again. It was also speculated that Anandhi, who was seen in Poriyaalan, has been approached to play the leading lady. However, director Velraj has now trashed the reports about signing up Anandhi.
Velraj also added that Dhanush liked his one-liner very much and the film would be a commercial entertainer, similar to VIP. The director is currently busy locking the script and the cast and crew will be finalized soon.
